An experience we needed to evoke on-screen, in a massive way.
BMW and Czarnowski recently turned to us for our expertise with events and large format content. At both the launch of the all-new BMW 5 Series and the America Brand & Business Summit (ABBS), our job was to bring BMW’s vision to life on some of the largest canvasses we’ve ever worked on.
Combining the newest tech with good old-fashioned artistry, we created immersive visuals to leave their audiences excited about the future of BMW.
Case Studies
The Design, Detailed
Each event required fairly different types of content. For the 5 Series Launch, we had to envelop guests in a story across 360-degrees. For ABBS, we had to create an ultra-widescreen speaker package that brought the keynote presentation to life.
But both BMW events had one thing in common: they each presented creative roadblocks that demanded cutting-edge solutions. We had to find a way to utilize assets that were, frankly, never meant to be seen in high-resolution on enormous, immersive screens.
This meant shifting our creativity into high-gear, utilizing the latest in visual technology. Our team of artists used everything from AI-powered upscalers to Unreal Engine to turn these assets into breathtaking visual experiences spanning millions of pixels, while ensuring the content remained seamless, beautiful, and exhilarating.
BMW 5 Series Launch Event
For the North American debut of the seventh generation of the BMW 5 Series, Czarnowski put on an event in Atlanta that honored the vehicles’ legacy while paving the way for the future.
The launch was designed to dazzle from the start. As soon as attendees entered the space, they were immersed in a 360-degree visual experience that played out across 34 million pixels. Through a mix of dramatic reveals and pulse pounding driving sequences, we created a custom video that highlighted the i5’s sleek design and took viewers on a scenic journey across the continent.

BMW ABBS 2024
At the 2024 America Brand & Business Summit in Las Vegas, BMW revealed its roadmap for the future. Working alongside Czarnowski and Public School, we were tasked with animating existing stock imagery that was pre-approved for the event.
There was just one problem: These stock images were static and did not include layered working files. In other words, these assets were not designed to be put into motion.
Our artists transformed this flat imagery into living, breathing motion graphics that danced across a trio of massive screens. Our goal was to make sure the visuals seamlessly supported every presenter and increase the impact of the overall presentation.
We also created assets for the event’s pre-show and exterior promotion, delivering a total event graphics package.
